Sudheer
Kumar
Office Manager
Leads the whole administrative team and works directly
for the General Manager as he is tasked to organize
and control documentation systems of internal operative
functions. Sudheer has been one of the first members
of the core team as he joined aboard in 1992.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in
1986 and excelled by receiving a diploma in computer
applications. Do not be deceived by this heavy duty,
jack of all traits member of the team as his tasks overloaded
or not seem to drive him to deliver and perform in optimal
levels even under extreme pressure. |

keeps the paper trail running in internal and external
documentation systems as he keenly looks after enquiry
displacement, quotation preparation, tender documentation
and order processing systems. |

Joji Philip
Mathew
Projects Engineer
Joined the team in 2004 which sums up his career span
of more than a decade of extensive experience covering
a wide range of oil and gas & industrial projects.
Six years of which have been molded and honed in Qatar
which involved him in several projects of powerhouse
organization and government bodies. His duties speak
for his core areas of expertise as he is tasked to several
key project responsibilities in implementation, execution
and delivery such as projects procurement, fabrication
of piping and structural, construction and maintenance,
techno-commercial bid evaluation and subcontracting.
His communication skills have been honed in mediation
and coordination among clients, consultant and subcontractors
to meet demands and schedules. |

Known as Joji to his colleagues. He earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is an Associate
Member of Institution of Engineers in his homeland,
India.

Satheesh
Kalarivayil
Sales Administrative Supervisor
As part of the Sales team, his duties and responsibilities
cover a wide range of core tasks under the Sales Manager’s
umbrella. He works closely with Said. He is a multitasking
member of the team as he delivers and serves several
key tasks such as spare parts enquiry handling, worldwide
supplier outsourcing, tender preparation and inquiry.
He handles and looks after the traffic of procurement
orders from the supplier until completion of acceptance
and delivery. Facilitating and assessing payment settlement
among key partners is one of his core duties.

As
part of an integral team of sales experts, Satheesh
has attended a training course of Compair compressors
and Internal Auditing of Quality system ISO 9001 in
2000 from an administrative consultancy firm. His capacity
as a team member is fused into administrative and sales
forefronts. |

P.K. Raju
Assistant Supervisor
His on call duty depicts and defines his apprehension
of quality control and client servicing in the technical
perception. His technical qualification is comprised
of a diploma he earned in electricalmotoring and maintenance.
You will always see PK on site as he facilitates and
leads technicians to perform respective call on duties
on installation and maintenance works. His apprehension
of delegating manpower on site takes him in charge of
organizing and distribution of duties. |

He
also is responsible for the service provision in crane
testing, commission and maintenance. He also looks after
client servicing for Compair compressors. His coordination
skills define his duty of mediation among supervisory
levels with other parties or key partners. |

Jinesh
Manian
Products Specialist (Compressors)
Recently joined the team in 2006. He is in charge of
all coordination and procurement systems related to
compressors handling with our key partner Compair. He
is responsible for all activities occurring or related
to Compair.
He always believed to turn custom prerequisite into
a reliable and scalable challenge and opportunity to
deliver at optimum heights. He actively participates
in creating a pipeline of comprehensive ideas and market
strategies for validating and implementing a scalable
result.

He earned
a Master’s Degree in Marketing in 2002 which makes
him a creative marketing strategist and product specialist
in his keen and identifiable comprehension of the industrial
equipment market . Upon his masteral completion, he
joined a wide known vehicle dealer in Bangalore as sales
executive. After he flew to Riyadh, he joined n independent
family owned industrial firm as Sales Engineer in material
handling equipment. |

Anil Kumar K.V.
QA/QC Engineer
Joined Stream in 2006 as QA/QC Engineer. Born in India and earned a B-Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala-India in 1998 and has more than 8 years extensive experience in quality control, quality assurance, material control, welding inspection, ISO quality system in oil and gas construction industry. He was awarded certification of proficiency as Welding Inspector in accordance with CSWIP requirements 6th Edition June 2000 by TWI Certification Ltd.-UK. He also has a merit of certificate of appreciation as outstanding QC Inspector (Piping/Welding) from CCIC during the construction/commissioning phase of QAFCO-4 Expansion project – Mesaieed - Qatar

Anil works closely with the Engineering Projects team responsible for the overall co-ordination of an effective quality management system; quality control for all engineering disciplines and verify that the project is completed in accordance with the project specification, applicable engineering standards, sound industry principles and practices; and accountable for all quality assurance aspects of assigned projects including quality and inspection and test planning, quality auditing, non-conformance analysis, reporting and project close out. |

Marvin Santos
QS & Planning Engineer
Marvin joined Stream in 2004 as QS & Planning Engineer. He is a graduate of Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1997. In the same year, he had his first job as Jr. Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with EEI Corp. in the Phils. Currently, he is dynamically handling engineering works under Engineering Project team including but is not limited to material take-off design, man hour estimates, costing, preparing construction schedule, preparing project cost summary as well as engineering queries. He is fully involve in tender bid preparations, participates in mid tender site visits/meetings and prepares comprehensive commercial and technical aspect of the tender.

Moreover, Marvin handles complete documentation and activities related to cost and planning during tendering, execution and project completion. He keeps track and monitors progress on site wherein he prepares progress reports and coordinates with vendor/subcontractor on the project development. |

Varghese Peterson
Works Engineer
Varghese is a graduate of Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at University of Madurai - India and has extensive 20 years of experience in various fields and projects. He has hands on experience in the selection, testing installation, commissioning and maintenance of all kinds of roto-dynamic equipment used in chemical factory. Had his first job as Junior Executive (Mechanical Engineer) in charge of structural design, water storage, dam radial shutters, emergency gates, and storage tanks roofing structures involved in O&M of treatment plant in Cochin Naval base.

He was awarded with Certificate of Excellence working as Mechanical Engineer in the Comost Plant under Qatar Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture. He joined Stream in 2003 as Works Engineer responsible for site execution, procurement, completion of the project as per schedule, handles technical support for modification, testing and commissioning, fabrication, supply of spares and interface with the client and subcontractor for technical issues of the project
