El Shafai
The Executive Director and looks after Stream’s
activities and operations in the region

Dating back to 1976, he came from the
UK and shared an empowered and mutual vision with Salam
Leaders to take the Gulf market by storm from retail,
hailing from Salam Studio and Stores, today a chain
of luxurious shopping stores in the Middle East, to
ultimately different operational dimensions. |

| Unleashed
and paved way to bringing forth services to the oil
and gas industry in the 80’s. Studied and met
the evolving industrial needs by providing added value
services in the 90’s hereby initiating the birth
of Stream Industrial and Engineering.
Visualized the further highway of the balance of operations
of the broadcast and IT sectors as both complimented
each other.
He is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree of Science
in Electronics and Telecom Engineering. A 30 year legacy
of a businessman, leader, mentor , a high spirited man
who has inspired and touched many lives.

Dado Quilacio
General Manager
Today, his 2 decades of accomplishment and service in
the industry with Stream makes a trailway of distinction
as he was there when it all began. Now, as he leads
the whole Stream team towards the 21st century in the
fast growing industrial market and making its mark,
instrumental in the vast development of Qatar, Dado
is overwhelmed as he witnessed it all. Hailing from
the Philippines with a Bahelor’s degree in Chemical
Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration at a reputable college at the Ateneo
De Manila University in 1983. |

In
1984, upon reaching Qatar, he joined the Salam Technical
Services team, the Business Equipment Department and
in 1990 embarked a new road with Stream as its Operations
Manager at the same time Salam Holdings brought into
new heights of their operations into industrial activity,
capitalizing on the oil and gas and petrochemicals capacity
expansion in the country. Dado witnessed the new day
it dawned as he teamed with the Executive Director to
meet and to cater to the ever evolving industrial market. |

Nasseer Rushdi Idrais Shadid
Manager – Engineering Projects
Nasseer joined Stream in 2006 as Engineering Projects Manager, accountable for the development of Electromechanical Contracting activities of the company.
He is a graduate of Master Degree in Electrical Engineering at the RWTH in Aachen, Germany in 1983 and has extensive 23 years in industrial and contracting business. He started his career as a Telecommunication Control Engineer in a company in Jordan in the sphere of communication, SCADA, managing Jordanian electrical power generation, transmission, distribution in real time control wherein he carried out his talent in maintaining existing telecommunication systems, power line carrier, wireless stations; switching/telephone exchange and partaking in expansion works. |

His optimistic endurance, complex intellectual capacity, enormous experience and achievements from diverse facet have conveyed a milieu of his career as a General Manager for the last six years in a company in Jordan in turnkey projects. |

Said Al-Aloul
Sales Manager
Currently leads Stream’s sales and marketing team.
His synergy within, in a fused talent as a client and
service provider drives him to compete remarkably under
pressure. Hailing from Amman, Jordan; Said, known to
his colleagues, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Administration and Management at the Beirut
University College in 1996. His intricate comprehension
of certain industrial markets whether in specialized
industrial tools or equipment, brings Said to an ultimate
edge. He firmly believed that good sales skills is drawn
out from your product apprehension and the ability to
master the mechanism of conveying transparent facts
to your circle - your clientele, your own people and
the management level. |

This
belief makes a foundation on how he nurtures and builds
solidarity in partnerships and relationships as he looks
after Stream’s core of key partners and suppliers.His
marketing skills have been put to the test ever since
the beginning of his career as he served organizations
from a hotel company to an insurance firm, responsible
for commercial functions and to maximize revenue. In
1997, before coming to Qatar and being welcomed aboard
Stream, he joined an industrial group as Sales Manager
responsible for serving supply contracts of industrial
equipment in his hometown. |

Mohammed
Moshref
Sales Engineer (Material Handling)
Moshref works closely with Said, part of Stream’s
Sales team. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.
His initial objective as he began his career was to
join a comprehensive and goal-driven organization to
enable him to utilize, trigger and enhance his skills
in negotiation, service provision, marketing and corporate
planning.
Currently at 31, his extensive practice and existence
in corporations of specialized industrial markets honed
his innate skill and drive, continuously evolving as
he began from a trading company specializing in sales
and introducing to the industry vehicular computerized
diagnosis devices to products such as pumps whereby
he was tasked to accomplish extensive market research,
presenting proposals and service range, designing market
strategies to infiltrate desired markets. |

Florencio
Zaraspe
Senior Electrical Engineer
Born in the Philippines. Florencio works closely with
Rehman in Mechanical and Engineering Contracts. He holds
key tasks and responsibilities such as involvement in
project planning and execution according to completion
time. His communication capacity is put to the test
as he mediates and coordinates, communicates transparent
technical information and facts among clients, partners
and subcontractors and local government bodies A front
liner in monitoring site activities in accordance with
schedule and implanted and agreed upon drawings and
terms and conditions . |

His
career began homegrown as a Quality Control Inspector.
He was then stationed in Saudi Arabia in 1993 as he
evolved and climbed the organization ladder from starting
as an Estimating Engineer in a renowned industrial manufacturing
organization. Undertook major pioneering projects in
2000 such as the Kingdom Trade Center and had 12 subordinates
under his wing as Engineering Head. |
